The year round benign climate that Lanzarote enjoys has made it a popular tourist destination over the last forty years. As the eastern most Canary Island it has an average of only twenty days rainfall per year, whilst day-time temperatures in winter hover around 20ºC.

This consistently good climate means that holidaymakers can visit pretty much any time of year and expect to see the sun for at least part of their stay.
