When it comes to summer holidays an awful lot of people like to go abroad, but it has to be said that a lot of people at the moment are struggling financially, and this means that people are going to have to look to their own country for holiday ideas. This is no bad thing, with so many lovely places to visit in the UK.

One of the first places that springs to mind is Yorkshire, and notably the coastal region. There are many lovely seaside spots to visit with the emphasis firmly on the old fashioned seaside holiday.
